We had the poutine fries and baked Brie with jam and toast which are both appetizers and both delicious. But the item my husband and I both can't stop talking about is the burnt sugar old fashioned. They use a local vanilla bean bourbon, orange bitters, and a burnt sugar syrup they make in house. The drink was so smooth and delicious. We were so impressed.
It's currently restaurant week, and we decided to check out this place to try out their specialties. To start, we had the Brussel sprout chips and pretzel poutine; both were incredibly delicious. Personally, I preferred the poutine as the flavors were spot on. I couldn't resist trying the Cry Baby Burger, which was made with coffee-seasoned beef, a unique feature not found often in other restaurants. The spicy ketchup that came with the fries complemented the dish perfectly. The grilled chicken sandwich, which came with huckleberry and candy bacon, was also a standout. The juicy goodness hit the spot, and I would definitely order it again. While the cheesecake was a bit too rich for our liking, it might be a fan favorite for chocolate lovers. We found the triple berry crisp to be an excellent choice, with its fruity and flavorful taste. Lastly, we were impressed that the restaurant had vegan options on the menu so that everyone in our group could enjoy a meal. It's not always easy finding good food that caters to everyone's dietary needs, but this place nailed it. 1914 N Monroe St Spokane, WA 99205 United States Tuesday-Saturday 11:30-9pm Sunday 9-9pm Closed Monday . . . . . . .
I got the "cry baby" the BEST burger in WA state imo. Everything is fresh and the beef is never frozen.
I had gone here once before a few years ago and it wasn't great. This time... wow. I'm so glad Wiley's has taken this place over. They have really turned it around. The atmosphere is great. It's open, trendy, and welcoming. The staff was there was we needed them, had great suggestions, and great conversations. Now, the food. YES PLEASE. I swear, I would go back just to eat a giant plate of those jalapeño poppers! They were so freaking good! Best decision of my day was getting that on my Bloody Mary, worst decision was not just ordering a whole plate of them! The burger was also delightful! It was a great meal and I will definitely be going back!!
The most amazing food! My husband had the Philly which I ate some of and it was delicious. I had the crybaby burger with fries which was also really yummy!
